Find the opportunity
We start with your open seats, the grades you want to grow, your local market, and what makes your school a good fit for particular families.
Enrollment marketing · Florida private schools
Connect your school with local families who are looking for a different educational option.
Let’s talk about your open seats
ROOM TO LEARN. ROOM TO GROW.What we do
Your school has a story that matters to the right families. We help you put that story in front of them.
Open Seat Marketing is a small, Florida-focused enrollment marketing practice. We build targeted campaigns on Facebook and Instagram designed to generate qualified family inquiries and bring them into your existing admissions process.
We work with your team to shape the message, develop campaign creative, and guide interested parents toward the next step: an inquiry, a tour, or an enrollment conversation. Your admissions team keeps the relationship.
How it works
Focused campaigns that work alongside the admissions systems you already have.
We start with your open seats, the grades you want to grow, your local market, and what makes your school a good fit for particular families.
We turn that focus into a clear message and targeted Facebook and Instagram campaigns, with a practical next step for interested parents.
Inquiries flow into your existing admissions process. We review the response with you and refine the campaign around what your team is learning.
Why Open Seat
Open Seat is led by Mike Cathey, a Central Florida communications and creative leader with more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience.
Mike previously served on a private-school board with responsibility for marketing and technology. That experience informs a practical approach to enrollment, communication, and the demands on a small school’s staff.
Who we work with
For schools with available enrollment capacity and a team ready to follow up with interested families.
Whether you’re filling seats in specific grades, introducing a distinctive learning model, or building interest in a new campus, we start with the opportunity that matters to your school.
Tell us where you have room to grow. We’ll start with your school, your goals, and whether a focused enrollment campaign makes sense.
